Bill Title: Amends the Recreational Use of Land and Water Areas Act. Provides that an owner of land who invites any person without charge to use the owner's property for recreational or conservation purposes does not assume liability for injuries under the Act unless there is a willful and wanton failure t guard or warn against a dangerous condition, use, structure, or activity. Provides that the changes to the Act made by the amendatory Act apply only to causes of action accruing on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act.
