Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides for the issuance of Blue Star license plates to any Illinois resident whose spouse, parent, sibling, or child is serving in the United States Armed Forces. Provides that the plates shall be issued only to applicants who present appropriate documentation as determined by the Secretary. Provides that applicants shall be charged an additional $15 for original issuance and additional $2 at renewal, to be deposited into the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund.
