Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Includes the term, "commercial ridesharing arrangement" within the meaning of "for-profit ridesharing arrangement". Amends the Ridesharing Arrangements Act. Provides for the creation of commercial ridesharing arrangements, and provides for the licensing, operation, and insurance requirements of such arrangements. Defines the terms, "commercial ridesharing arrangement", "dispatch", and "dispatcher". Makes conformity changes.
