Bill Title: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that products purchased by an eligible apiarist for use in producing honey bee products for sale or for providing bee pollination services are exempt from the tax imposed under the Act.
