Bill Title: Amends the Wildlife Code. Provides that group hunting licenses may be issued for groups of up to 6 individuals. Provides that each individual member of the group must sign his or her own application and possess a valid hunting license. Provides that all members must have preference for the same county choice or special hunt area choice, hunting season, species, and taking method and that group applications shall be rejected if the applications do not list identical choices. Provides that residents shall be given preference for group hunting licenses and groups containing residents and non-residents shall be treated as non-residents. Permits any tag acquired by an individual group member may be used by any member of the group. Provides that the Department of Natural Resources shall set the group hunting license fee by rule and that providing false information on an application is a Class A misdemeanor.
