Bill Title: Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that the township assessor or chief county assessment officer, when requested, shall deliver to any person a copy of the description or statement of property assessed in his or her name or in which he or she holds ownership interest, and the valuation placed on that property by the assessor for the most recent taxable year. Provides that a county board may require board of review members to possess additional qualifications. Requires the Department of Revenue to hold an annual meeting with supervisors of assessments and board of review members. Provides that township assessors shall inform the supervisor of assessments of the type of software or other method by which assessments are conducted in the township. Makes other changes. Effective immediately.
