Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Highway Code. Provides that the municipal treasurer shall deposit taxes into the municipal fund dedicated to the maintenance or repair of roads and bridges intended for motor vehicle use. Provides that the municipal treasurer shall present annually, within 30 days after the end of the fiscal year of the municipality, to the highway commissioner, a statement of receipt documenting the total amount of revenue that the municipality received from the township during said fiscal year, and what account name or number that the municipality deposited these revenues, and a statement swearing that these revenues have or will be spent as provided.
