Bill Title: Amends the Park Commissioners Land Sale Act. Provides that the Bensenville Park District may sell up to 125 acres of the White Pines Golf Course owned by the District if: (i) the board of commissioners of the Bensenville Park District authorizes the sale by a four-fifths vote of the commissioners in office at the time of the vote; and (ii) the sale price equals or exceeds the average of 3 independent appraisals commissioned by the Bensenville Park District. Repeals the provisions on January 1, 2023. Effective immediately.
