Bill Title: Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Practices Act. Provides that an action for damages may not be brought under the Act against a person as a result of the over collection of any tax by a person to the extent such over collected tax is remitted to a government entity or agency rather than providing that the Act does not apply to the over collection of any tax by a person to the extent such over collected tax is remitted to a government entity or agency. Effective immediately.
