Bill Title: Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that the Prisoner Review Board shall impose a $20 monthly fee on a person released on parole, aftercare release, or mandatory supervised release unless exempt from the fee for specified statutory reasons. Provides that the fee imposed on a parolee or releasee shall be collected by the Department of Corrections if the parolee or releasee was confined in a facility of that Department or Department of Juvenile Justice if the releasee was confined in a facility of that Department. Provides that the respective Departments shall pay all moneys collected from this fee to the State Treasurer for deposit into the Parole, Aftercare Release, and Mandatory Supervised Release Fund, which is created in the State treasury. Amends the State Finance Act to make a conforming change.
