Bill Title: Amends the Airport Authorities Act. Creates the Central Illinois Regional Airport Authority (within McLean County), the Chicago Rockford International Airport Authority (within Winnebago County), and the Metropolitan Airport Authority of Rock Island County (within Rock Island County). Provides that the Authorities are established 30 days after the appointment of board members to the board of commissioners of each Authority. Provides that any existing airport authority located entirely within those counties is dissolved upon the establishment of each Authority with each Authority assuming the rights to all property, assets, and liabilities of any dissolved authority. Effective immediately.
