Bill Title: Amends the Unmanned Aerial System Oversight Task Force Act. Provides for the appointment of members to the Unmanned Aerial System Task Force by the General Assembly. Provides that the Task Force shall submit a report with recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly no later than July 1, 2017 (rather than July 1, 2016). Provides that the Act is repealed on September 1, 2017 (rather than September 1, 2016). Effective immediately.
