Bill Title: Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that, with respect to 2019 taxes (payable in 2020), no installment of taxes due under this Code shall become delinquent until 90 days after each installment would otherwise become delinquent. Provides that, during the 90-day period, neither penalties nor interest shall be charged. Effective immediately.
