Bill Title: Amends the Regional Transportation Authority Act. Requires each Service Board to furnish to the Board access to its financial information systems and other documents, papers or records that the Board may from time to time require, including, but not limited to, audits and draft reports. Provides that the Board may examine the financial information systems and other documents, papers, or records, and the Service Board shall comply with any such request made by the Board within 30 days or an extended time provided by the Board.
