Bill Title: Amends the Medical Assistance Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Exempts recipients of medical assistance who reside in long term care facilities licensed under the Nursing Home Care Act or the ID/DD Community Care Act from the 4-prescription drug limitation imposed under the Code. Effective immediately.
