Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. In provisions requiring that no individual or group policy of accident and health insurance be issued unless it provides a covered person with coverage for abortion care, removes the condition that it applies to a policy that provides pregnancy-related benefits. Makes conforming changes in the Counties Code, the Illinois Municipal Code, the School Code, the Limited Health Service Organization Act, and the Illinois Public Aid Code.
