Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. In provisions concerning a deduction for contributions to a College Savings Pool account or the Illinois Prepaid Tuition Trust Fund, provides that a $10,000 limitation does not apply for taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2025. Effective immediately.
