Bill Title: Amends the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act. Provides that a cultivation center may sell or distribute cannabis or cannabis-infused products to an independent dispensing organization. Provides that at least half of all cannabis and cannabis-infused products sold by a cultivation center must be sold to independent dispensing organizations. Defines "independent dispensing organization".
