Bill Title: Amends the Personnel Code. Establishes a preference in the form of points to be added to the final grade of a person who has completed a United States Department of Labor Office of Apprenticeship registered apprenticeship program. Requires the Department of Central Management Services to adopt rules and to verify that persons are qualified for the preference. Effective immediately.
