Bill Title: Amends the Administration Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that contingent upon the federal government making block grants available as a funding option under the federal Medicaid program, the Department of Healthcare and Family Services shall apply to receive block grants to fund the State's medical assistance program. Effective immediately.
