Bill Title: Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that a person may not be appointed or serve as a member of the Prisoner Review Board who has been convicted of a Class 2 felony or higher or a violent crime as defined in the Rights of Crime Victims and Witnesses Act or a substantially similar offense in another jurisdiction.
