Bill Title: Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Provides that if the court orders an unfit defendant to be placed in the custody of the Department of Human Services, during the period of time required to determine bed and placement availability at the designated facility, the defendant may (rather than shall) remain in jail. Makes technical changes in a provision concerning credit for good behavior.
