Bill Title: Amends the State Police Act. Provides that an Illinois State Police officer may use a patrol vehicle to transport a sick or injured person if an ambulance or specialized emergency medical service vehicle is not available or on-scene, or a medical emergency exists. Exempts the Illinois State Police and the State Police officer from liability for an act or omission in providing medical emergency transportation, unless the act or omission constitutes willful or wanton misconduct.
