Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act. Provides that for purposes of determining the amount of child support that should be paid, an additional deduction from "net income" is allowed for military allowances, special pays, and allowance pays that are issued, disbursed, granted, or otherwise paid pursuant to specified federal statutes. Effective immediately.
