Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act. Provides that in determining whether a maintenance award is appropriate, the court shall consider any payments made as a lump sum at the time of the dissolution of marriage. Provides that in an award for maintenance, the court shall deduct any payments made as a lump sum at the time of the dissolution of marriage from the calculation of maintenance.
