Bill Title: Reinserts the provisions of the engrossed bill with the following change. Provides that, notwithstanding any age requirement set forth in provisions concerning coverage for mammograms and mastectomies, coverage shall be consistent with evidence-based clinical guidelines and shall be provided in accordance with the determination of a health care provider (rather than in accordance with the determination of a health care provider, including coverage for individuals under 35 years of age when appropriate). Effective January 1, 2028.
