Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the standard registration fee for electric vehicles shall be waived for any vehicle owner who is a volunteer firefighter or emergency services personnel. Provides that the new provisions do not apply to the fee set forth for electric vehicles.
