Bill Title: Amends the River Edge Redevelopment Zone Act. Provides that on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act, the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity is authorized to certify additional pilot River Edge Redevelopment Zones in the City of Yorkville and the Village of Oswego. Effective immediately.
