Bill Title: Amends the Motor Fuel Tax Law. Provides that, beginning on July 1, 2022, the rate of tax shall be 19 cents per gallon and shall not be subject to the increase in the Consumer Price Index (currently, 38 cents per gallon, increased each year by the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index). Provides that the tax on the privilege of operating motor vehicles which use diesel fuel, liquefied natural gas, or propane shall be an additional 2 1/2 cents per gallon (currently, 7.5 cents per gallon). Effective immediately.
