Bill Title: Amends the Municipal Code and the Fire Protection District Act. Provides that no person under the age of 18 (rather than 21) shall be eligible for employment as a firefighter. Provides that no person who is 37 years of age or older (rather than 35 years of age or older) shall be eligible to take an examination for a position as a firefighter unless specified conditions are satisfied.
