Bill Title: Amends the Public Utilities Act. Provides that if the Department of Transportation requests that a public utility relocate any of the public utility's existing infrastructure for a State-approved road construction project, that public utility must complete that relocation within 30 days after the request. Provides that if it is not feasible for the public utility to comply with the request within 30 days, the public utility must contact the Department of Transportation to coordinate a plan to limit the delay.
