Bill Title: Amends the Special County Occupation Tax For Public Safety, Public Facilities, Mental Health, Substance Abuse, or Transportation Law of the Counties Code. Provides that the tax may be used for active transportation and public transportation. Makes conforming changes, including to the Law's name. Defines "active transportation" and "public transportation". Makes technical corrections to definition provisions. Amends the Simplified Sales and Use Tax Administration Act to make a conforming change.
