Bill Title: Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill with the following changes. Provides that every contract for physical fitness services shall provide that notice of cancellation be made in writing and delivered by certified or registered mail (rather than delivered by mail). Provides that notice of cancellation may also be made by the email address provided in the contract, if an email address was provided. Makes other changes.
