Bill Title: Amends the School Code. With respect to the requirement that a high school student or his or her parent or guardian file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid with the United States Department of Education or, if applicable, an application for State financial aid, requires a school district to provide notice to each student and to the parent or guardian of each student about the option to file a waiver. Effective June 1, 2020.
