Bill Title: Amends the Medical Assistance Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that notwithstanding any other provision of the Code, subject to federal approval, emergency medical transportation services in cases where services are dispatched and the patient is treated but not transferred to a hospital shall be covered under the medical assistance program at a rate not less than 50% of the base rate in effect as of June 30, 2024 for persons who are otherwise eligible for medical assistance.
