Bill Title: Amends the Counties Code. In provisions concerning the regulation of telecommunication and AM broadcast facilities, provides that the county board or board of county commissioners of any county may regulate the placement, construction, and modification of the facilities of a telecommunication carrier. Sets forth minimum design requirements for a telecommunications carrier or AM broadcast station. Deletes provisions pertaining to the regulation of specified telecommunication and AM broadcast facilities. Authorizes a county board or board of county commissioners to require a telecommunications carrier to include specified information and documents with a building permit application. Effective immediately.
