Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Provides that the Executive Ethics Commission, with the advice and consent of the Senate, shall approve a chief procurement officer for procurements for farm and agricultural land made by the Department of Natural Resources after the effective date of the amendatory Act.
