Bill Title: Amends the State Finance Act. Provides that, as soon as practical after the effective date of the amendatory Act, the State Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer $370,000,000 from the Fund for Illinois' Future to the General Revenue Fund. Effective immediately.
