Bill Title: Amends the Highway Advertising Control Act of 1971. In a provision concerning signs, displays, and devices giving specific information in the interest of the traveling public, including information regarding tourist oriented businesses, provides that such signs, displays, and devices shall be prohibited from including any language or image that promotes unlawful activity or any activity that would elicit strong public complaint. Effective immediately.
