Bill Title: Amends the Pharmacy Practice Act and the Illinois Insurance Code. In the definition of "practice of pharmacy", includes the ordering of testing, screening, and treatment (rather than the ordering and administration of tests and screenings) for influenza. Makes conforming changes. Effective January 1, 2025.
