Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. In a provision concerning the income threshold under the Department of Human Services' Child Care Assistance Program, provides that beginning in State Fiscal Year 2021, the specified threshold for all applicants and recipients applying for a determination or redetermination of eligibility for child care assistance must be no less than 225% of the then-current federal poverty level for each family size. Effective July 1, 2020.
