Bill Title: Amends the Department of Revenue Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that, subject to appropriation, the Department shall establish a rebate program for the purchase of emissions-free electric motorcycles in the State. Provides that the rebate amount shall not exceed $900 per motorcycle. Effective July 1, 2018.
