Bill Title: Amends the Property Tax Extension Limitation Law in the Property Tax Code. Provides that the term "aggregate extension" does not include special purpose extensions made on an annual basis under certain provisions of the Local Governmental and Governmental Employees Tort Immunity Act or special purpose extensions made under certain provisions of the Illinois Pension Code. Effective immediately.
