Bill Title: Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that an offender convicted of or placed on supervision for an offense committed on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act that would qualify the accused as a child sex offender shall wear an approved electronic monitoring device for the duration of the person's natural life. Effective immediately.
