Bill Title: Amends the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act. Modifies the definition of "Construction Purposes" and a Section on bonds to include stormwater management and resource recovery facilities and systems (currently, flood control facilities) and residential and municipal sewers that connect with District sewers, facilities, or systems. Further provides that the District may establish the Residential Cost Share Program to encourage residents and municipalities to update the sewage system they own to prevent infiltration of water entering the sewer system. Allows the District to fund the new Program in various ways. Effective immediately.
