Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975. Provides that certain pari-mutuel taxes shall be remitted to the Illinois Racing Board (currently, the Department of Revenue) for deposit into the Horse Racing Fund. Amends the Video Gaming Act. Provides that moneys in the Local Government Video Gaming Distributive Fund shall be allocated by the Illinois Gaming Board (currently, the Department of Revenue). Effective January 1, 2023.
