Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Requires managed care organizations under contract with the Department of Healthcare and Family Services to follow a standard prescription drug formulary established by the Department by rule. Requires the Department to adopt any rules necessary to implement the provision. Effective January 1, 2021.
