Bill Title: Amends the Statewide Grand Jury Act. Provides that a Statewide Grand Jury may be convened to investigate violations of offenses involving the corruption of a public official, including theft, fraud, extortion or the Official Misconduct Article and the Public Contracts Article of the Criminal Code of 1961.
