Bill Title: Amends the Barber, Cosmetology, Esthetics, Hair Braiding, and Nail Technology Act of 1985. Provides that the continuing education requirement for cosmetologists does not apply to licensees who are 62 years or older or licensees that have been licensed as a cosmetologist for at least 25 years.
