Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Municipal Code and the Fire Protection District Act. In Sections relating to establishing a program for placing persons eligible for placement on a master register of candidates for full-time firefighter placement, provides that nothing in the listed Sections requires the Joint Labor and Management Committee to establish or operate a community outreach program or master register of eligibles, or to contract with a testing agency to establish or operate such program or register, unless the Committee chooses to do so.
